support@piggyscreentime.appHow do I connect my child's device?
Install Piggy on your child's iPhone or iPad and choose "I'm a child". Enter your family's join code (find it in Settings on your phone), pick your child's profile, then allow Screen Time access when asked. Screen Time access is required for Piggy to lock apps.
How do I add another parent?
The second parent installs Piggy, creates their own account, and joins with your family's join code plus your parent passcode. You'll get a notification when they join. Your subscription covers them too.
Apps aren't locking. What should I check?
On your child's device, make sure Screen Time is turned on and Piggy still has Screen Time permission (Settings, Screen Time, Apps with Screen Time Access). Open Piggy on the child's device once so it can refresh its limits. Also check that limits aren't paused from your phone.
My child's chore didn't show up for approval.
Check that both devices are online and that notifications are allowed for Piggy. Pull down on the Requests tab to refresh. If a photo upload failed, your child can submit the chore again.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Piggy. Or manage subscriptions here. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the parent app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. This deletes your family and everything in it, including your children's accounts, chores, credits and photos. You can also email us and we'll do it for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
